Manager in Training
Our Manager in Training position is designed for those individuals wanting to make a career with Tan & Tone America. We train you in management, sales and customer service for your best possible career results. Tan & Tone America has been voted #1 in tanning and one of the top fitness centers for 16 years straight. We pride ourselves on making a difference in people's lives – whether they are struggling with their weight loss or wanting to enhance their look with a beautiful tan. We insist on providing a fun, upbeat, positive and caring atmosphere for our customers and staff.
Manager in Training Qualifications and Benefits:
- Strong customer service and sales experience required
- Management and/or retail experience a plus
- Full time positions require 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, and 1 weekend day shift
- Starting pay is up to $380+ per week for Manager in Training positions (depending upon experience)
- Opportunities to move up into management in 3 to 6 months
- Management earning potential is 30K-35K the first year

Full time/part time sales & service
Our full and part time positions offer fun customer service and sales. You will be working in the tanning department as well as our Robotic Fitness department.
The tanning department requires learning about the tanning process as well as lotions and their ingredients. Our customers rely upon our educated staff to help them obtain a beautiful tan.
In our Robotic Fitness department, you will be providing support and motivation to our customers, keeping a safe and clean environment, and selling specialty items that aid in inch and weight loss. You will supervise the entire workout area. We will train you to help the customers obtain the best results with our Robotic equipment.
Full or Part-Time Qualifications and Benefits:
- Strong customer service skills required
- Must have some sales experience
- Retail experience a plus
- Evenings and weekends required
- Starting pay is $7.25 + weekly bonuses
- Pay raises in 30 days and 90 days
- Free tanning and robotic exercise membership
Support Staff
Hourly pay is $7.25. This position has multiple duties and responsibilities, which keeps the position exciting! Duties include cleaning tanning beds and daily upkeep of laundry, as well as upkeep of store, supervising in the Kids Club, and Robotic Staff Support in our ladies fitness room.
Maintenance Staff Position
