Tan & Tone America,

Hi! Here I am … THEN and NOW! Shortly after the start of April, 2000, I made up my mind that, by my 50th birthday in October, I was no longer going to weigh 250 pounds.

Determined to reach this goal, I went to the doctor and found, to my dismay, that I weighed 258 pounds. I almost screamed! Well, that did it! After recovering from the shock, a sense of peace and confidence overcame me, and I knew that, this time, I was not only going to lose weight but firm up as well. So on May 5th, I started going to Tan & Tone America.

The machines are GREAT! Even though I ‘m getting a workout, I feel totally relaxed and revitalized when I’m finished. I have now lost 51 pounds and have taken off 35 inches in 6 months!!

Since that fateful day in May, I have religiously gone to Tan & Tone America three times a week, except for a one month period when my responsibilities as receptionist for the State Fair of Oklahoma kept me away! My time at Tan & Tone is a special time that I set aside just for me. It’s my time to get away and get in shape! So girls .. ‘Try It! You’ll Lose It!!’
