At 240lbs., I was very unhappy with myself, and a hard person to be around. I couldn't play on the floor with my son or my new grandbaby, because I couldn't get up without help. I had no strength and had trouble breathing, and ached all the time. I never wanted to go anywhere because I was ashamed of how I looked. I never let anyone take pictures.

My doctor recommended Robotic Exercise and diet. In less than 8 months, I lost over 108 lbs. and 152 inches. I went from a size 24-26 to a size 6-8. I don't have headaches or body aches anymore. I sleep better at night and have energy to burn. It's relaxing after a hard day at work to exercise at Tan & Tone America. It relaxes those tense muscles. I feel refreshed after exercising and have the energy to do things in the evenings. Before I started exercising regularly, I could hardly make it through a day of work, let alone go shopping then home to fix dinner and still not run out of energy.

Robotic Exercise not only saved my life, it gave me a new lifestyle. It feels so good to hear someone tell me I'm a better person now, and that I look 20 years younger. I owe a lot to the Tan & Tone America staff for all their support. If not for them I wouldn't be person I am today.
