Tan & Tone America,
My husband and I went to Florida last year to visit friends we have not seen in 12 years. I was very unhappy with the way I looked. I came back determined to lose weight and get into shape. My friend Amy wasn’t happy with her body either so we both set out on different programs. We e-mail each other and compare results. She’s doing good, but wishes she had a Tan & Tone America there.
I’ve been doing Robotics over a year now and I really like it. I’m a hair stylist, so I stand in front of mirrors all day. That’s a motivation! I don’t mind as much now! I’ve lost 30 pounds and 28 inches this year. My friends and clients are noticing and asking how I’ve done it. For the ones that don’t ask, I have my sign with my inches lost hanging next to my chair. I also have had several friends join.
The Robotic equipment really works if you use it properly and tighten and resist. I especially like the new abdominal machine. My stomach was the hardest area to reduce, but I see a great improvement there now.
I really enjoy Tan & Tone America. It is my one constant exercise program. I highly recommend it!
